Score posting for handicap tracking is essential to maintain fair play for all competitors.

As of January 1, 2019, Valley Brook has successfully transitioned to the GHIN service. Please contact us if you need your GHIN number. Score posting is now available on or through the WPGA GHIN Mobile app. You can search GHIN app in either the iTunes or Google Play stores. In order to use the app, you will need your GHIN number, last name and an individually identifiable email address. Also, if you currently have a GHIN number at another club, please contact us or the WPGA ( to have the scoring records merged together. When requesting a merge of scoring records, please indicate which GHIN number you would like to keep. Please let us know if you have any questions.
All players must record their scores with the Handicap System.  Any questions regarding handicaps should be addressed to the Handicap Committee.  Scores must be turned in from April 1 to October 31.  In addition all scores played during off-season times at in-season destinations should be turned in.  The computer will know if the course is in season or not, simply enter the course by name and state.
